Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) allows you to use your Amazon FBA inventory to fulfill orders placed through the GiddyUp Platform. Follow the steps below to connect your Amazon Seller Central account.
Before You Start
You'll need access to your Amazon Seller Central account to complete this integration. Make sure you're logged in and have the appropriate permissions before beginning.
Step-by-Step: Connecting Amazon MCF
Step 1 — Navigate to Integrations
Log in to the GiddyUp Platform and go to Settings → Integrations from the left navigation menu.
Step 2 — Scroll to Fulfillment Integrations
Scroll down to the Fulfillment Integration section and click Connect next to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment.
Step 3 — Select Your Region
Choose the region that corresponds to your Amazon Seller Central account.
Step 4 — Sign in to Amazon Seller Central
You'll be redirected to Amazon Seller Central. Log in with your account credentials.
Step 5 — Grant GiddyUp Access
Once logged in, check the box to grant GiddyUp permission to view and manage your fulfillment data.
Step 6 — Confirm
Click Confirm to finalize the setup. You'll be redirected back to the GiddyUp Platform Integrations page where Amazon MCF will show as connected.
Step 7 — Create a Warehouse Location
Once connected, set up a Warehouse Location to complete your fulfillment configuration.
