ShipStation is a multi-carrier shipping platform that integrates directly with the GiddyUp Platform to automate order fulfillment. Follow the steps below to connect your ShipStation account.
Before You Start
You'll need a ShipStation API Key and API Secret to complete this integration. You can find these in your ShipStation account settings.
Step-by-Step: Connecting ShipStation
Step 1 — Navigate to Integrations
Log in to the GiddyUp Platform and go to Settings → Integrations. Scroll to the Fulfillment section and click Connect next to ShipStation.
Step 2 — Enter Your Credentials
Enter your ShipStation API Key and API Secret, then select your ShipStation Store from the dropdown and click Save.
If your store doesn't appear in the dropdown, you may need to connect a new store in ShipStation first. Go to Connect a New Store inside ShipStation and select "ShipStation" as the store type.
Step 3 — Set a Custom Order ID (Optional)
After connecting, you can set a Custom Order ID prefix for orders sent to ShipStation. This ID is visible to shoppers and applies to all warehouses connected to this fulfillment provider.
Step 4 — Create a Warehouse Location
Once connected, you'll need to set up a Warehouse Location to complete your fulfillment configuration.
