This guide walks you through setting up a warehouse location on the GiddyUp Platform. Warehouses are required to route orders to your fulfillment provider.
Before You Start
You must connect at least one fulfillment integration before creating a warehouse location. Go to Settings → Integrations and connect your fulfillment provider first if you haven't already.
Step-by-Step: Creating a Warehouse Location
Step 1 — Navigate to Shipping
From your account dashboard, go to the Shipping section in the left navigation.
Step 2 — Click "Create Warehouse"
Click the Create Warehouse button to begin.
Step 3 — Select a Fulfillment Integration
Choose the fulfillment integration you want to associate with this warehouse location from the available options.
Step 4 — Click "Continue"
Click Continue to proceed. If a confirmation popup appears, review the details and click Continue again.
Step 5 — Enter Warehouse Details
Fill in the required fields:
Warehouse Name
Warehouse ID
Location — Country, Address, Suite/Unit, City, Zip Code
Step 6 — Click "Create Warehouse"
Once all required information is entered, click Create Warehouse to finalize the setup.
Shipping Destinations
Once your warehouse is created, you can configure which countries and regions it ships to. Click Edit next to the Shipping Destinations table inside your warehouse settings to define your zones.
