If you have multiple warehouses connected to the GiddyUp Platform, you can control which warehouse fulfills an order using two settings: Shipping Priority and Shipping Destinations.
Shipping Priority
The Shipping tab displays all of your connected warehouses along with a Shipping Priority number for each. This determines the order in which the platform attempts to route orders:
Priority 1 is the primary warehouse — orders are sent here first.
Priority 2 acts as the first fallback if the primary warehouse cannot fulfill the order.
Priority 3 (and beyond) follow in sequence.
You can adjust the priority ranking directly from the Shipping tab using the dropdown next to each warehouse.
Shipping Destinations
Each warehouse also has a Shipping Destinations section that defines which countries and regions the warehouse ships to. This allows you to route orders to a specific warehouse based on where the customer is located — for example, directing US West Coast orders to one warehouse and US East Coast orders to another.
Shipping Destinations are configured inside each warehouse's settings under the Edit Warehouse screen. Click Edit next to the Shipping Destinations table to define your zones.
How Priority and Destinations Work Together
The platform uses both settings together to determine fulfillment:
The platform first checks whether the customer's shipping destination falls within a warehouse's configured zones.
Among eligible warehouses, it routes the order to the one with the lowest priority number.
If no warehouse matches the destination, the platform falls back to priority order across all warehouses.
New Integrations vs. Existing Warehouses
New warehouse / new integration: When connecting a new fulfillment provider and creating a new warehouse, you can set the Shipping Priority and Shipping Destinations during setup.
Existing warehouses: Shipping Destinations are locked after initial setup and cannot be edited directly by brands. If you need to update the regions or countries assigned to an existing warehouse, please contact Platform Support and we'll make the change for you.
