Extensiv Integration

How to connect Extensiv to the GiddyUp Platform as a fulfillment integration connector for unsupported 3PLs.

If your fulfillment provider isn't directly supported on the GiddyUp Platform, Extensiv acts as a connector that bridges your 3PL with GiddyUp. Extensiv integrates with over 70 fulfillment platforms — check if yours is supported before beginning.


Important Note

Depending on the capabilities of your 3PL, you may encounter limitations. For example, cancelling an order through the GiddyUp Platform may not reflect in your fulfillment service if they don't support that action. In those cases, you'll need to cancel the order directly through your 3PL.

GiddyUp supports the platform-side integration but cannot assist with your fulfillment provider's internal settings. Contact your 3PL's support team for anything outside the GiddyUp Platform.


Step-by-Step: Connecting Extensiv

Step 1 — Navigate to Integrations

Log in to the GiddyUp Platform and go to Settings → Integrations. Scroll to the Fulfillment section and click Connect next to Extensiv.

Step 2 — Get Your Extensiv Cart API Key

Extensiv uses three types of API access. You need the Cart API — this is the order source integration used to connect GiddyUp. Follow these steps inside Extensiv Integration Manager:

  1. Go to Extensiv Integration Manager and click the Carts tab

  2. Click New Cart and select API Access from the list

  3. Fill in the cart details:

    • Cart Description: GiddyUp

    • Allow Order Resubmit: Disabled

    • WMS: Select your fulfillment provider (e.g. Amazon MCF)

  4. Click Generate API Key and copy both the API User and API Key

  5. Copy the Webhook URL — you'll need to add this to the GiddyUp Platform in the next step

  6. Click Ok to save

Step 3 — Enter Credentials in GiddyUp

Back in the GiddyUp Platform, enter the following credentials from Extensiv:

  • API User

  • API Key

Step 4 — Add the Webhook URL

Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Extensiv into the GiddyUp Platform. This webhook is required for GiddyUp to receive order updates from your fulfillment provider.

Step 5 — Create a Warehouse Location

Once connected, set up a Warehouse Location to complete your fulfillment configuration.
