If your fulfillment provider is not an option on the GiddyUp Platform, we have an omnichannel option Extensiv. Extensive acts as a connector that syncs your fulfillment provider with GiddyUp.
Extensiv provides integration into over 70 fulfillment platforms. Check if your provider is supported by Extensiv by visiting their website here.
Extensiv within the GiddyUp Platform is connected via API. GiddyUp can transmit the necessary data between the platform and your fulfillment service.
*It's important to note that depending on the options provided by your 3PL, you may encounter limitations in functionality. For instance, canceling an order through the GiddyUp interface may not reflect in your fulfillment service if they don't support actions. In such cases, you must cancel the order directly through your 3PL.
Extensiv Integration
Connect Extensiv:
Click on "Connect" next to Extensiv.
Follow the provided instructions to integrate Extensiv with our platform effortlessly.
GiddyUp supports integration into the platform, but brands must contact their fulfillment provider support for assistance outside the GiddyUp Platform.
There are three types of API Access in Extensiv Integration Manager. You will want to use the Cart API.
Cart API Instructions
For users building an order source or shopping cart integration into the Integration Manager
Cart API Keys
Browse to the Carts tab of Integration Manager
Click New Cart
Select API Access from the list.
Copy your API User and API Key from the page. Click Ok to save these credentials.
Carts --> API Access --> New Setup -->
Cart Description (GiddyUp)
Generate API Key
Allow Order Resubmit = Disabled
Optional Webhook URL
Copy the webhook. It will need to be added from the GU Platform
This webhook will be necessary for GiddyUp to update orders.
WMS (Who is fulfilling the order)
i.e. Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)
Add the webhook you copied to the GU Platform
