If your fulfillment provider isn’t listed, we recommend using our omnichannel shipping option via Extensiv.
Extensiv connects with over 70+ fulfillment warehouse management systems (WMS). To get started, you’ll need to create an Extensiv account and link your existing shipping service to the platform.
If your preferred provider is still not supported, you’ll need to select one of the integrations above.

This guide will walk you through connecting popular fulfillment solutions — including ShippingEasy, ShipBob, ShipHero, ShipStation, and Extensiv — directly to your GiddyUp account.
Please note: While GiddyUp supports these integrations, any technical setup or troubleshooting outside of the GiddyUp Platform must be handled through your fulfillment provider’s support team.
How to Integrate Fulfillment
Step 1: Navigate to Settings
Log in to your GiddyUp account and go to Settings.
Step 2: Open the Integrations Tab
Within Settings, select the Integrations tab.
Step 3: Choose and Connect Your Fulfillment Provider
Click “Connect” next to the provider you’d like to integrate:
Custom Order IDs
You can define a Custom Order ID for each integration.
This ID is sent to your fulfillment provider and visible to shoppers.
