We know there are times when you may need to manually update shipping details for a specific order (or multiple), whether you're using a third-party logistics provider (3PL) we don't yet support, or you've fulfilled the order outside of the GiddyUp Platform.
To accommodate this, we created the Manual Fulfillment tool that allows you to mark an order as fulfilled within the Platform after it's already been processed and shipped elsewhere.
Below is a step-by-step overview of the manual fulfillment workflow, along with links to detailed guides for each option.

💡 Notes & Best Practices
GiddyUp only sends shipment emails on your behalf if the Carrier + Tracking Number is provided
If a tracking number is not provided, it may result in PayPal holding funds, as they always recommend providing tracking information on each Order
