Setting Up the Manual Fulfillment Provider and Assigning a Warehouse

To begin fulfilling orders manually in GiddyUp, you’ll need to set up the Manual Fulfillment provider and assign a warehouse.

Step 1: Connect the Manual Fulfillment Provider

  1. Go to Settings → Integration → Fulfillment

  2. Click “Connect” for Manual Fulfillment

  3. On the connection screen, you can:

    • Enter a Custom Order ID prefix (optional)

    • Enable daily email reminders for unfulfilled orders under the Manual Fulfillment warehouse

Reminder emails are sent at 12 AM in your brand’s local time zone if you have an active Manual Fulfillment warehouse and pending unfulfilled orders.

Note: These reminder emails are sent to all users with Brand Admin permissions.

Step 2: Assign the Manual Fulfillment Provider to a Warehouse

  1. Navigate to the Shipping section

  2. Create a warehouse with the “Manual Fulfillment” provider

  3. You can reorder or prioritize this warehouse like any traditional provider
