Updated over 11 months ago

Requirements

  1. You must be a Brand Admin or Brand Customer Support user

  2. At least one warehouse (manual or traditional) must be configured

Step 1: Export the Orders

  1. Go to Orders → Open Orders

  2. Click the Actions dropdown and select “Export Open Orders”

  3. Choose a date range to download a template of all unfulfilled orders

  4. Click “Export”

Step 2: Fill Out the Template

  1. Add Carrier information

  2. Add Tracking Number information

    • This is optional

Step 3: Import the File

  1. Return to Orders → Open Orders

  2. Click the Actions dropdown and select “Bulk Import Shipments”

  3. Upload the completed file

Notes

  1. There are 3 different options for manually updating fulfillment on an order:

    1. Carrier + Tracking Entered - RECOMMENDED

    2. Carrier Only Entered

    3. No Carrier or Tracking Entered

  2. If you do not provide both a Carrier and a Tracking Number,

    1. GiddyUp will not send shipment emails to Shoppers

    2. You need to keep the Shoppers updated with the fulfillment status

    3. No tracking number may result in PayPal holding funds, as they always recommend providing tracking information on each Order

  3. Only .csv files are accepted

  4. Only carriers in our predefined Carriers list are accepted

  5. The customer and product details in the exported file are provided for your reference only. When you re-upload the file, only the shipment status will be updated—any changes made to customer or product information in the file will be ignored
