🚀 Product Release Notes - 7/14/2026

Stay up to date with the latest features and improvements designed to help you operate more efficiently as you scale.

Integration

Your GiddyUp and Shopify stores, fully in sync

The GiddyUp Shopify App is now globally available. You can now review and manage GiddyUp orders directly in Shopify, with line-item, tax, and customer details available alongside your other Shopify orders.

Fulfill orders through Shopify, through GiddyUp, or use a hybrid approach that supports both workflows. Fulfillment updates, cancellations, refunds, and returns stay synchronized across both systems, helping your team spend less time on manual updates and maintain a consistent view of every order.

Order Management & Fulfillment

More accurate order refund windows

The Platform now surfaces the refund window supported by each shopper's payment method, so refund reviews move faster and shopper communication stays consistent.

Supported refund windows

  • Affirm and Afterpay: up to 120 days

  • Cash App: up to 90 days

  • Other payment methods: up to 180 days

Send fulfillment providers the shipment weight data they need

GiddyUp now includes the product weight when sending orders to ShipStation and Extensiv.

ShipStation receives weight for each line item, while Extensiv receives the total weight at the order level (matching the format expected by each provider).

These updates help your team minimize the manual processing effort when fulfilling orders.

Get through everyday Platform work faster

The GiddyUp Platform now loads significantly faster across common workflows.

You can open orders, review information, and complete day-to-day tasks with less waiting as order volume and operational activity grow.

Improved accuracy of shopper emails

We’ve improved how the Platform processes email addresses when shoppers accidentally enter incorrect information.

For example, an entry such as annemsmith@gmail.comanne is now recognized and processed as annemsmith@gmail.com.

This helps your order confirmations, shipment updates, customer service, and other transactional messages reach shoppers more reliably.

Brand Management & Reporting

Manual invoices are a thing of the past

When GiddyUp fees are not fully covered through Split Pay, the remaining balance can now be automatically deducted from your connected Stripe account in real-time.

Previously, your balances could require a separate invoice and additional follow-up with our Finance team. Now they can be handled through an automated reconciliation process, with fewer invoiced payment requests and less manual coordination.

Checkout & Shopper Experience

Increase average order value with multiple post-transaction upsells

GiddyUp can now present multiple products, bundles, and purchase options within a single full-page post-transaction upsell.

Previously, showing more products would require moving shoppers through several separate upsell pages. Now they can review multiple choices and add the product or bundle they want in one step.

By keeping the shopper journey easy and intuitive, this gives GiddyUp the flexibility to drive higher-value post-transaction revenue for you. This ultimately opens up more avenues to expand your profit margins and provide compelling incentives to your marketing partners.

We’ve also introduced some additional safeguards to help prevent accidental repeat purchases if shoppers didn’t realize their initial order completed successfully while in the upsell flow.

Global experimentation

GiddyUp can now run experiments across the entire Platform and funnel experiences, rather than limiting tests to individual pages.

This gives us a more scalable way to evaluate how shoppers respond to changes in areas such as the checkout flow, product and offer templates, messaging, and post-transaction upsells.

By testing experiences at a broader level, GiddyUp can identify impactful opportunities faster and consistently improve performance across the shopper journey.

Clear VAT expectations for UK shoppers

UK shoppers now receive clearer pricing information when VAT will be collected by the courier upon delivery.

For qualifying orders with items totaling £135+, GiddyUp presents the VAT-exclusive price and displays the following message at checkout: “Prices exclude VAT. Payable to the courier on delivery.”

This helps shoppers understand what is included in the checkout total and what they may still need to pay when the order arrives.

Clearer expectations before purchase can reduce confusion, delivery-time dissatisfaction, and VAT-related support questions.

International cookie compliance

OneTrust cookie consent is now live across all GiddyUp funnels to ensure all pages are meeting cookie and privacy requirements as your offers reach shoppers in select markets.

The experience introduces the required consent choices while minimizing unnecessary friction during the shopper journey. Core attribution and tracking remain largely unaffected, helping marketing partners continue receiving reliable performance data while shopper consent preferences are respected.

Show the carrier in shipment emails

Shipment notification emails now include the carrier name alongside the tracking number. This gives shoppers more context about who is handling their delivery and makes it easier to follow the package from shipment through arrival.
