ShipHero is a warehouse management and fulfillment platform that integrates directly with the GiddyUp Platform to automate order fulfillment. Follow the steps below to connect your ShipHero account.
Before You Start
You'll need your ShipHero login credentials (email/username and password) to complete this integration. Make sure you have access to your ShipHero account before beginning.
Step-by-Step: Connecting ShipHero
Step 1 — Navigate to Integrations
Log in to the GiddyUp Platform and go to Settings → Integrations. Scroll to the Fulfillment section and click Connect next to ShipHero.
Step 2 — Log In to ShipHero
Enter your ShipHero email or username and password, then click Log In to authorize the connection.
Step 3 — Set a Custom Order ID (Optional)
After connecting, you can set a Custom Order ID prefix for orders sent to ShipHero. This ID is visible to shoppers and applies to all warehouses connected to this fulfillment provider.
Step 4 — Create a Warehouse Location
Once connected, you'll need to set up a Warehouse Location to complete your fulfillment configuration.
