ShippingEasy is a cloud-based shipping platform that integrates directly with the GiddyUp Platform to automate order fulfillment. Follow the steps below to connect your ShippingEasy account.
Before You Start
You'll need three credentials from your ShippingEasy account to complete this integration:
API Key
API Secret
Store API Key
You can find these in your ShippingEasy account before beginning:
Step-by-Step: Connecting ShippingEasy
Step 1 — Navigate to Integrations
Log in to the GiddyUp Platform and go to Settings → Integrations. Scroll to the Fulfillment section and click Connect next to ShippingEasy.
Step 2 — Enter Your Credentials
Enter your API Key, API Secret, and Store API Key, then click Connect.
Step 3 — Configure the Shipment Callback
To allow ShippingEasy to send tracking updates back to the GiddyUp Platform, you'll need to add a callback URL:
In ShippingEasy, go to Stores & Orders and click Edit store settings.
Navigate to Callbacks → Shipment Callback Path.
Copy the callback path provided in the GiddyUp Platform and paste it into ShippingEasy.
Save your settings.
Step 4 — Create a Warehouse Location
Once connected, you'll need to set up a Warehouse Location to complete your fulfillment configuration.
