Cancel an Order

Cancel orders for transaction management

Canceling an order can be done from the Orders section of the platform. You can find the specific order using the shopper's email address, name or order number.

Once you've located your order:

  1. Using the left navigation, select the Orders section

  2. (Optional) Use the Search field at the top of the left-hand side of the Order List screen to find the order.

  3. Select the Order you would like further details for by clicking the right arrow button.

  4. In the top right of the Order Details screen, select the "Actions" button, then click on the Cancel Order option.

  5. Select the reason for the cancellation and confirm

  6. If you do not see the “Cancel Order” option, it is because this Order has already been fulfilled. In this case, you will need to initiate a Return and issue a Refund.

  7. If you would like to see the cancellation reason for an Order, you can click on the Refunded (i) at the bottom of the Order Details screen.
