Understanding Report Options in the GiddyUp Platform

Reporting Overview

To help you quickly find the data you need, here’s a breakdown of the reports available in the platform. Each one contains unique insights into your sales, fees, payouts, discounts, customers, and product performance.


Customer Export

What it shows:

  • Customer name, email, phone, and opt-in status

  • Order IDs and fulfillment status

  • Net totals and shipping addresses

Best for: Building customer lists, reviewing marketing opt-ins, and analyzing repeat buyers.


Discount Code Detail Export

What it shows:

  • Order-level detail for each discount applied

  • Discount type and amount applied to the order

  • Net impact on sales after taxes and refunds

Best for: Auditing specific orders where discounts were used.


Discount Code Summary Export

What it shows:

  • Performance of each discount code used

  • Order count, original order value, and discount amount

  • Net sales after discounts, shipping, taxes, and refunds

Best for: Evaluating which promotions drive sales at a summary level.


Disputed Orders Export

What it shows:

  • Orders flagged for disputes with reason and status

  • Original total, refund amount, and net after dispute

  • Fees charged for disputes

Best for: Monitoring chargebacks and disputes to reduce risk.


Net Sales by Country Export

What it shows:

  • Sales broken down by destination country

  • Orders, items, cancellations, and returns

  • Gross and net sales, fees, and refunds

Best for: Evaluating geographic performance and international sales impact.


Order Export

What it shows:

  • Total orders per day

  • Average units per order and order value

  • Returned item counts

Best for: High-level order activity trends without line-item detail.


Order List Transaction SKU Detail Export

What it shows:

  • Detailed order-level data by SKU and item name

  • Payment and fulfillment status

  • Sales amounts (gross, shipping, taxes, total)

  • Customer contact and shipping details

  • Refund and return reasons

Best for: Deep-dive auditing at the line-item level for each order.


Product Orders & Returns Export

What it shows:

  • Ordered item quantities alongside returned item counts

  • Return rate percentage by product

Best for: Quickly seeing return rates by product without digging into individual return reasons.


Product Returns Export

What it shows:

  • Return dates, return IDs, and related order IDs

  • Customer details tied to returns

  • Product and variant names with SKUs

  • Return reason and current return status

Best for: Identifying why customers are returning items and tracking return resolution.


Product Variants Export

What it shows:

  • Product-level and variant-level sales data

  • Quantity ordered, returned, or canceled

  • Product type breakdown

Best for: Monitoring SKU and variant performance, understanding demand at the product level.


Sales by Bundle & Upsell Export

What it shows:

  • Sales broken down by product type (single item, kit, upsell)

  • Item-level performance, including quantity sold and cancellations

  • Gross sales and tax amounts per item

Best for: Analyzing which bundles, upsells, or kits are driving revenue.


Sales Over Time Export

What it shows:

  • Orders per day

  • Gross sales, shipping, duties, additional fees, and taxes

  • Refunds applied

  • Net sales after adjustments

Best for: Tracking overall revenue trends, daily sales totals, and refund impact.


Sales Tax Detail Export

What it shows:

  • Jurisdiction-level tax information per order

  • Shipping city, region, postal code, and country

  • Tax rates, amounts collected, and order totals

Best for: Reviewing sales tax collection for compliance and remittance.


Stripe Payouts Export

What it shows:

  • Each payout ID with gross, fees, and net

  • Payment, refund, and adjustment counts and amounts

  • Payout destination and arrival dates

Best for: Reconciling Stripe payouts with your bank deposits at a summary level.


Stripe Payout Detail Export

What it shows:

  • Transaction-level details tied to each Stripe payout

  • Sales, shipping, and tax amounts

  • All associated Stripe and platform fees

  • Settlement currency and payout IDs

Best for: Reconciling individual orders to Stripe payout deposits for financial auditing.


Transaction Fees Export

What it shows:

  • Order-level detail, including gross sales, shipping, and taxes

  • Breakdown of all fees (platform, Stripe, PayPal, CPA, dispute fees, etc.)

  • Net sales after fees

  • Linked Stripe payout details

Best for: Understanding how fees impact your net revenue at the transaction level.
