Resend Email Confirmation

The ability to resend email confirmations to your customers.

This feature allows you to easily resend order-specific emails, ensuring that your customers stay informed about their order status.

What You Need to Know:

  • Order-Specific Emails: The email that will be resent is specific to the order's current status. For example, if the order has been shipped, the email sent will be the order shipping confirmation email.

How to Use the Resend Email Confirmation Feature:

  1. Log into the Platform:

    • Access your account by logging into the platform.

  2. Navigate to the Orders Menu:

    • Once logged in, go to the Orders menu from the main dashboard.

  3. Select the Desired Order:

    • Search or browse through your orders and select the order for which you want to resend the email confirmation.

  4. Drill Down on the Order:

    • Click on the specific order to view detailed information about it.

  5. Click on the Actions Key:

    • Within the order details, locate and click on the Actions key.

  6. Resend Email Confirmation:

    • From the Actions menu, select "Resend Email Confirmation."

That’s it! The email confirmation will be resent to the customer, reflecting the current status of their order.
