What Are Replacement Orders?
Replacement Orders allow your support team to quickly resend products to shoppers without requiring payment again or issuing a refund. They're designed to improve both operational efficiency and the shopper experience in cases where something went wrong with the original delivery.
With Replacement Orders:
$0 replacement orders can be created from any fulfilled order
No network commission or CPA fees are applied
Shipping address is auto-filled from the original order (with option to edit)
Choose exactly which items to resend
Each replacement is clearly linked to the original order for tracking
Shoppers receive email updates when replacement items are added and shipped
How to Send a Replacement Order
Find the original order
Click "··· Actions"
Select "Send Replacement"
Confirm Shopper Info
Click "Add New Item"
Choose a product or bundle
Select variant(s) or a kit, if applicable
Click "Complete Replacement Order"
In the confirmation pop-up, click "Create Order"
You're done!
