Need to find a specific order?

Updated over 11 months ago

The Orders dashboard makes it simple to locate any order using flexible search tools. You can look up orders by Order ID, customer contact information, or address details—all from a single search bar.

🧭 Step-by-Step: Search by Order Details

1. Go to the Orders Page

Navigate to the “Orders” section from your dashboard.

2. Use the Search Bar

At the top of the page, you’ll see a search bar labeled “Search for Order ID.” This bar allows you to search by different criteria depending on the filter selected.

3. Select a Filter

Click the dropdown next to the search bar (default: Order ID) to choose how you want to search. You can search by:

  • Order ID

  • Email

  • Customer Name

  • Phone Number

  • Street Address

  • City

  • State / Region

  • Zip / Postal Code

  • Country

    • You can search countries by name or 2-letter code (e.g., “United States” or “US”)

📸 As shown in the screenshot below, this allows you to choose the type of information you're using to find an order.

4. View the Results

Matching orders will appear below with key details like Order ID, Customer, and Date/Time.

📦 Filter by Order Status

Want to see only certain types of orders? Use the Order Status dropdown at the top of the Orders page to filter results:

  • All Orders

  • Open

  • Shipped

  • Disputes

📅 Narrow by Date Range

You can also apply a Date Range filter to view orders within a specific timeframe. Use the calendar picker located near the top of the page to define a custom range.

💡 Tips for Faster Searches

  • Use partial text if you don’t have the full name, email, or address

  • Combine the status and date range filters for a more precise search

  • Reset filters when switching search methods to avoid missing results
