How to cancel an item(s) without canceling the entire order

If you need to cancel an item from an order, you can do so directly from the Order Details section of the platform. However, keep in mind that cancellations can only be processed before the order has shipped. If the order has already been marked as fulfilled, you will need to initiate a return instead.

Steps to Cancel an Item

  1. Locate the Order

    • Navigate to the Orders section and search for the order you want to modify.

    • Click on the order to open the Order Details page.

  2. Initiate Item Cancellation

    • Click the Actions button in the top-right corner of the page.

    • Select Cancel Items from the dropdown menu.

  3. Select Items to Cancel

    • A cancellation window will open (as shown below).

    • Check the box next to the item(s) you want to cancel.

    • Click the Cancel Items button at the bottom of the page to confirm.

What Happens Next?

  • The selected item(s) will be crossed out in the order summary, confirming they are not shipped.

  • If the order is already fulfilled, you will need to process a return instead of canceling the item.
