How to Manage Return Email Notifications

You can control whether shoppers receive automated emails when a return is created or updated. This setting allows you to enable or disable return notifications based on your preference.


Step 1: Navigate to Settings

  1. From the left-hand navigation menu, go to Settings.

  2. Select the Settings & Returns tab.


Step 2: Adjust Email Notification Preferences

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Returns Email Notifications section.

  2. Choose one of the following options:

    • Enabled – shoppers will receive email notifications when a return is created or updated.

    • Disabled – shoppers will not receive email notifications for returns.


Step 3: Save Your Settings

  • After making your selection, click Save in the lower right corner of the screen.

  • Your preference will take effect immediately.
