You can control whether shoppers receive automated emails when a return is created or updated. This setting allows you to enable or disable return notifications based on your preference.
Step 1: Navigate to Settings
Step 2: Adjust Email Notification Preferences
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Returns Email Notifications section.
Choose one of the following options:
Step 3: Save Your Settings
After making your selection, click Save in the lower right corner of the screen.
Your preference will take effect immediately.
