Brand Privacy Policy and Terms

Your guide to updating your Privacy Policy, Terms, and Product Type settings on your offer pages.

Selecting a Product Type

The Product Type determines which Terms display to shoppers and should accurately match the type of product you sell.

How to Select a Product Type

  1. Go to Settings → Support & Returns → Website Terms

  2. Locate the Product Type dropdown

  3. Select the option that best fits your product

  4. If unsure, review Terms of Service: Selecting a Product Type for definitions and examples of:

    • Physical Products

    • Health and Wellness Products

    • Nutraceutical Products

  5. Click Save

Your selected Product Type will automatically apply to all Website Terms shown to shoppers.


Privacy Policy Options

These settings can be updated under: Settings → Support & Return → Privacy Policy

Option 1: Use Privacy Policy Template

A link is available for you to view the Default Privacy Policy Template.

Option 2: Custom Privacy Policy

If your brand maintains its own privacy documentation, you may upload a custom policy.

How to Update Your Privacy Policy

  1. Go to Settings → Support & Return → Privacy Policy

  2. Scroll to the Privacy Policy section

  3. Select either:

    • Use Privacy Policy Template, or

    • Custom Privacy Policy

  4. If uploading a custom policy, paste your approved text into the provided field

  5. Click Save

Your selected Privacy Policy will automatically appear on all relevant landing pages and storefronts.
