The GiddyUp Platform currently supports the following Shopper Support Ticketing Integrations:
If you currently use these ticketing platforms, you can integrate them with the GiddyUp Platform by navigating to the "Settings" section. You'll then see a tab for "Integrations". Click "Connect" to initiate the integration.
For Gorgias, you'll need the following:
User Name
Organization Name
API Key
To connect to a Zendesk Account follow the following steps:
Step 1: Connect to Zendesk and generate an access token.
Copy the token and install the GiddyUp app inside Zendesk
Use the following token to authorize the GiddyUp app inside Zendesk.123xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
How to download and install the plugin
Click Download to download the .zip file to your computer.
Open your Zendesk app and go to Zendesk > Admin > Apps and Integrations.
Click Upload Private App and install the downloaded .zip file following the onscreen instructions.
