Shopper Support Integrations

The GiddyUp Platform currently supports the following Shopper Support Ticketing Integrations:

If you currently use these ticketing platforms, you can integrate them with the GiddyUp Platform by navigating to the "Settings" section. You'll then see a tab for "Integrations". Click "Connect" to initiate the integration.

For Gorgias, you'll need the following:

  • User Name

  • Organization Name

  • API Key

To connect to a Zendesk Account follow the following steps:

  • Step 1: Connect to Zendesk and generate an access token.

  • Copy the token and install the GiddyUp app inside Zendesk
    Use the following token to authorize the GiddyUp app inside Zendesk.

    • How to download and install the plugin

  1. Click Download to download the .zip file to your computer.

  2. Open your Zendesk app and go to Zendesk > Admin > Apps and Integrations.

  3. Click Upload Private App and install the downloaded .zip file following the onscreen instructions.
