Gorgias Integration

How to connect your Gorgias account to the GiddyUp Platform for shopper support ticketing.

Connecting Gorgias to the GiddyUp Platform allows your support team to manage shopper inquiries directly within Gorgias, with order data flowing through from GiddyUp.


Before You Start

You'll need three things from your Gorgias account before connecting:

  • Username — the email address associated with your Gorgias account

  • API Token — found in your Gorgias API settings

  • Organization Name — the subdomain of your Gorgias account (the part before .gorgias.com, all lowercase)

To find your API Token and Username, navigate to:

https://xxx.gorgias.com/app/settings/api — replacing xxx with your organization's name.


Step-by-Step: Connecting Gorgias

Step 1 — Navigate to Integrations

Log in to the GiddyUp Platform and go to Settings → Integrations. Scroll to the Shopper Support section and click Connect next to Gorgias.

Step 2 — Enter Your Credentials

Fill in the following fields:

  • User Name — your Gorgias account email address

  • Organization Name — your Gorgias subdomain, all lowercase (e.g. audienhearing)

  • API Token — copied from your Gorgias API settings page

Step 3 — Save

Click Save to complete the connection. Your Gorgias integration is now active.
