Connecting Klaviyo to the GiddyUp Platform allows you to sync shopper data directly to a Klaviyo audience, enabling you to power email marketing flows and campaigns from your GiddyUp orders.
Before You Start
You'll need a Klaviyo Private API Key to complete this integration. When generating the key, either allow it to auto-assign the correct permissions or select the Full Access Key option to ensure the integration works correctly.
Step-by-Step: Connecting Klaviyo
Step 1 — Navigate to Integrations
Log in to the GiddyUp Platform and go to Settings → Integrations. Scroll to the Email section and click Connect next to Klaviyo.
Step 2 — Enter Your API Key
Paste your Klaviyo Private API Key into the API Key field.
Step 3 — Select Your Audience
Use the Audiences dropdown to select which Klaviyo list you want to sync GiddyUp shopper data to.
Step 4 — Save
Click Save to complete the connection. That's it — your Klaviyo integration is now active.
