Primary Tax Registration

Begin by entering your primary tax registration details. This includes essential information such as your country, entity type, legal entity name, and Tax or Employee ID Number. Providing accurate and up-to-date information here lays the foundation for compliant operations within your home jurisdiction.

Adding IOSS Registration ID Numbers

Expanding your business to cater to international markets? Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations in other countries by adding individual IOSS registration ID numbers. For each country where you've registered to collect sales tax, input the corresponding IOSS registration ID. This step facilitates smooth transactions and mitigates potential compliance risks when selling across borders.

  1. Navigate to Tax Registration in Other Countries within Brand Details

  2. Click on "Add":

    • To begin adding IOSS registration details.

    • Look for the "Add" button and click on it to initiate the registration process.

  3. Enter Country and TIN (Tax Identification Number):

    • Once you've clicked "Add", a form will appear prompting you to enter the country and TIN for IOSS registration.

    • Select the country from the dropdown menu and input the corresponding Tax Identification Number (TIN) in the designated field.

  4. Save your Entry:

    • After entering the required information, click on the "Save" button to confirm and save your IOSS registration details.

    • Repeat the process for each country where you've registered to collect sales tax through IOSS.

  5. Completion:

    • Once you've added IOSS registration details for all relevant countries, you've successfully completed the process.

    • Your IOSS registration information is now saved and ready for use in facilitating cross-border sales tax compliance.
