Refund Policy: Orders Exceeding 180 Days

This article outlines our refund policy for orders that are older than 180 days.

Updated over a week ago

Overview

Our refund policy is governed by both our legal agreement and payment provider limitations.

Buyers have up to 180 days from the purchase date to report issues such as non-receipt or product concerns. Within this window, refunds can be processed directly through the platform.

Policy Details

180-Day Refund Window

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 180 days of the order date

  • After 180 days, refunds can no longer be processed through the platform

Payment Provider Limitations

Refund windows are also subject to restrictions set by individual payment providers:

  • Affirm: 120 days

  • Afterpay: 120 days

  • Cash App: 90 days

These provider limits may override the standard 180-day window depending on the payment method used.

Orders Beyond 180 Days

Once an order exceeds 180 days, it becomes:

  • Ineligible for refund through the platform

  • Unsupported by standard payment processing workflows

Alternate Refund Options

If a refund is required after 180 days:

  • Refunds may need to be issued directly through PayPal

  • This applies even if the original transaction was processed via Stripe

Payment Method-Specific Limitations

Cash App Pay

Cash App Pay has stricter refund limitations:

  • 90-Day Refund Window

  • Supports full or partial refunds only within 90 days of purchase

  • After 90 days, refunds are not supported by Cash App Pay

Key Takeaways

  • Standard refund window: 180 days

  • Payment provider limits may be shorter:

    • Affirm: 120 days

    • Afterpay: 120 days

    • Cash App: 90 days

  • Platform refunds are not possible after 180 days

  • PayPal may be used as an alternative method beyond 180 days
