Reports on the GiddyUp Platform can be accessed from the Performance section and exported as CSV files. Use them to analyse sales, orders, fees, payouts, and more.
Step-by-Step: Accessing and Exporting a Report
Step 1 — Navigate to Performance
From the left navigation menu, select Performance.
Step 2 — Click Reports
Click the Reports button in the top right of the Performance page.
Step 3 — Select a Report
Choose the report you want to run from the list. Available reports include Order List Detail, Sales Over Time, Product Return Reasons, Transaction Fees, Stripe Payout Detail, and more.
Step 4 — Set a Date Range
Specify the time period you want the report to cover.
Step 5 — Export
Click Export and confirm your selection. The report will download as a CSV file.
